The article analyses the content and legal nature of the maintenance of prosecutor of the public Prosecutor in the course of judicial consideration of criminal proceedings. International legal standards activities of the Prosecutor in court are disclosed. The discussion of questions concerning the maintenance of public Prosecutor of the public prosecution is considered and formulated in science. Subject to the provisions of the new Code of Criminal Procedure, the role, tasks and duties of the prosecutor in the maintenance of public prosecution in the trial court are investigated. |
