| Annotation |
Peculiarities of the collision regulation of the right of ownership and other proprietary rights are covered in the article. Legislation in the sphere of international private law which fixes peculiarities of the collision regulation of the proprietary rights is analyzed. Collision norms which can be applied to issues of arising and ceasing of the right of ownership, peculiarities of gaining the right of ownership to estate and movable property, as well as property which is on its way to the receiver etc. are determined. Suggestions for improvement of the collision regulation of some issues in the sphere of proprietary law are substantiated. |
