| Annotation |
The article is devoted to the issues in determination of the problems related to a legal status of the subjects of legal relations arising from the use of the Construction Financing Fund as a way of construction investing. The author identified gaps in the legislation which may be used for the abuse by the manager. Identified is the legal status of the subjects of these relations, namely: trustees, manager, customer and insurance companies. The attention is focused on the importance of avoiding vices of formal and logical nature, which can significantly affect the quality of legislation in the sphere of the Construction Financing Fund use as a way of investment in the construction and practice of its application. |
