| Annotation |
The life and career of M. Kuplevaskyi are analyzed in the article. The main stages of his life are outlined, various aspects of the latter are studied. Main stages of his scientific, educational, administrative, social work are studied. Special attention is paid to his contribution into development of national higher legal education. His scientific works are analyzed. Their relevance to the contemporary state-building and law-making processes in Ukraine, feasibility of taking them into account in the formation of modern scientific basis for the latter are studied. Specific proposals on the possible use of scientific fundamental provisions laid by M. Kuplevaskyi in modern legislative branch research activities of law-making and legal education in Ukraine are made. |
