| Annotation |
The article deals with the concept of annual interest and its role in civil legal relations. Common and distinctive features of annual interest with other types of civil liability are analyzed. Different visions of its legal nature, as well as case-law backing thereof are studied. Some problems concerning legislative regulation of annual interest are identified. |
