| Annotation |
The due (just) judicial procedure as a guarantee of public credit of judicial power is studied in the article. The definition of «due court procedure» is given by analysis of terms «legal procedure» and «due legal procedure». The key concept of due (just) judicial procedure is analyzed. Basic elements of due (just) judicial procedure are determined on the basis of international law and national legislature. |
