| Annotation | The classification of legal aid under its various characteristics, in particular purpose of legal aid, subject, way of assistance, state guarantees, etc is studied in the article. Given the results of the research, the author distinguishes three basic forms of legal aid, namely representation, documentary and advisory. However, being nominal, the above terms clarify the essence of the activities called «legal aid». |
