| Annotation |
Theoretical issues and opinions revealing the nature of circumstantial evidence in criminal proceedings are studied in the article. Given the analysis of philosophical scientific sources and criminal procedure literature, the essential differences of circumstantial evidence are unraveled, their relationship with compatible terms is determined. The author’s definition of the term circumstantial evidence in criminal proceedings is laid down. |
