| Annotation |
Article is devoted to research of the international standards in supervision of law observance by public prosecutor during application of restraint measures in criminal proceedings. Based on research of a number of international acts analyzed are international standards in this scope concerning: a) application of restraint measures in criminal proceedings; b) activity of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings. As a result, the prosecutor's dominant role in ensuring the legality during application of restraint measures in criminal proceedings is proved; and highlighted are the international standards of the prosecutor's corresponding activity. |
