| Annotation |
This article deals with the concept of state and legal mechanism of environmental quality management by A. V. Surilov. A partial consolidation of some of its provisions in the current Ukrainian forest legislation is shown. Seven key areas of implementation of this concept were outlined: 1) law-making in the sphere of forest use and protection; 2) legal consolidation of rational use of forest resources; 3) adoption of measures to improve the quality of the environment; 4) interstate cooperation and collaboration; 5) formation of harmonious relations between nature and society; 6) taking into account local conditions and the specifics of concrete natural objects; 7) working out the methods of natural resources exploitation assessment. |
