| Annotation | The article is devoted to the current problem of the status of the head of state in conditions of a democratic regime. The role of a government system concerning the issues of interaction of regime with the institution of the head of state is analyzed. A role of the head of state in the dual monarchy and the presidential republics is considered in the article. It is shown that in a democratic regime the head of state still affects the situation in the state. Analyzed is the influence of the head of state on the situation in the state under parliamentary systems of government. The inference of this is the assumption of insignificant role of the head of state in the life of state. |
