| Annotation |
The questions of harmonization and unification of norms in EU in the field of individualization means protection of participants of civil circulation, commodities and services are investigated in the article. Analysis of national norms of EU member states in this field, unification and harmonization of these norms in EU allows educing modern tendencies and development of industrial property right institute in countries with developed high-tech economy segment. It is marked within the object of research that the study of processes of harmonization and unification of norms in EU will give a possibility to determine correspondence of Ukrainian legislation in this sphere with basic European norms, principles and standards; to define ways and prospects of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with the legislation of EU; to work theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations in relation to perfection of national legislation out that can become a basis for the further successful economic collaboration between Ukraine and EU. |
