| Annotation |
The article deals with the evolution of the form of government in Ukraine in the period of independence, and based on the analysis of constitutional law the author found out peculiarities of law-enforcement agencies in each of the stages of formation and development of an independent state. She clarified the volume of the concept «lawenforcement agencies of Ukraine». It is proved that the determining factor influencing the organization and functioning of law-enforcement agencies is the present in a certain period of time a form of government; its periodization has been proposed. |
