| Annotation |
The article is devoted to the features of constitutional reform category in modern Ukrainian constitutionalism based on constitutional and legal realities of domestic practices. The author covered issues in formation and development of paradigm of modern Ukrainian constitutionalism. The concept and the genesis of scientific and practical paradigm of constitutionalism are developed based on a historical approach. The key functions of the constitutional reform are determined. Based on the analysis of constitutional legislation of Ukraine, judicial and administrative practice, research and theoretical studies the content of constitutional reform and its major stages are evolved in the article. The author proved a direct link between the constitutionalism paradigm shift and constitutional reform. |
