| Annotation |
Emphasis in the article is made on the fact that an important task of internal and external legal development today is not only the utterance (including maintenance) of the rights and freedoms of the individual, but also their real security. The article offers an overview of the geographical research centers involved in the issues under consideration, but the «main focus» is made on areas of doctrinal development and their implementation of problems concerning human rights and freedoms. Of particular interest are some illustrative provisions, in particular, gender equality, the differentiation of human rights, according to the terms of a civilized legal development, the specification of the rights of individual societies etc. Study of specific problems in this area is made and suggested are the ways to address them in the framework of improving the mechanism of legal regulation, improvement of the efficiency of legislation to address urgent challenges facing the jurisprudence in this plane. |
