Annotation

The history of legal specialists training is associated with domestic tradition of studying the Theory of Law and State. In the modern times of radical changes in law and state the changes in general theoretical legal education that reflect new approaches to learning the language of law and formation of legal thinking are arising. The Theory of Law and the Theory of State as general theoretical lines contain the knowledge, understanding, faith and experience in legal life and legal statehood in the era of postmodernism.

General theoretical jurisprudence is an essential component of methodology of jurisprudence in general and along with the philosophy of law and sectoral legal disciplines provides understanding of law and the state, builds the system of conceptual ideas, categories, meth odological principles, and methods that reflect the status of legal culture and level of governmental institutions development, promote their regulatory and legal securing and apology.
