| Annotation |
This article is dedicated to the review of a legal nature of individual’s personal data. The author determined conditionally next theories: the personal non-property rights theory on individual’s personal data, the proprietary theory on individual’s personal data. The author does not agree with such theories, and suggests his own theory which is called the exceptional rights theory on individual’s personal data. This theory compares personal data with an object of intellectual property. This theory is completely proved in the article. |
