| Annotation |
The article grounds a gnosiology significance of the axiology instruments in the constitutional law sociology. Much attention is paid to values classification. The essence and universal criterion of normative value estimate are defined. The regulating attribute machinery of value is examined. It is substantiated the main social value of constitution is a harmonization of various social strata and groups interests. In order to cognize the trends of constitutional development in those social milieus wherein there is a conflict of available value guiding lines the heuristic potentialities of the axiology instruments are used. |
