| Annotation |
The legal norms, which regulate the commission performance by the third party (substitute) are researched in the article. The basic goal of the article is revealing the peculiarities of commission performance by the third party (substitute). The author conducted the scientific analysis of the juridical nature of the contract to render services, in particular, intermediary agreements. The comparable-legal analysis of commission performance by the third party (substitute) and work contract has been carried out. Considerable attention in the article is spared to the investigation of attorney’s responsibility in the case of commission performance by the third party (substitute). On the basis of studying of literary sources and analysis of the judicial practice the recommendations concerning commission performance by the third party (substitute) have been formulated. It is offered the legal settlement provisions, which envisage the commission performance by substitute. |
