| Annotation | This article reveals structure of corruption as a complex social phenomenon, presents a classification of different types and forms of corruption, stages of corruption evolution in society. It is done description of each item of corruption classification proposed by the author. The article reveals general thesis and principles of mechanisms of anti-corruption legal regulation in international practice. The criterion of inviolability of human rights or legitimate interests of any member of relationships is used as the most effective way to distinguish corruption offenses among traditional behavior. |
