The article is dedicated to the research of characteristic features of the
implementation of subjective rights as well as the realization of subjective obligations from the
standpoint of their correlation and interaction. The problem of the primacy of subjective rights and subjective duties in civil legal relationships is covered. Execution of right and realization of obligation are described as the elements of the legal relationship. |
