Annotation The article is the consideration of the main ideas of the temporal ontology of law as the new grounding of the legal normativity. The temporal ontology of law is the original variant of the understanding of law. The similar approach is based on the Heidegger’s difference between the entity and Being, and the Being of the entity and Being as such. The translation of these thoughts to the field of the legal philosophy allowing to differentiate the next aspects of the legal ontology: law as entity, legal Being as Being of that entity and Being of law as «Being as such» i.e. as the «attraction» between the committed legal deed and its legal consequences. As the basis of the legal normativity author proposes to consider Being of law. As he stresses, each classical grounding of the legal normativity is rooted in the phenomenon of the named attraction, when the committed deed and its legal consequences attracts one another. The result of such researching is the new — temporal-ontological — grounding of the legal normativity.
