| Annotation | In his article the author provides a general description of the contents of the new Law of the Republic of Belarus «On Domestic Arbitration Courts» which consider disputes between the residents of Belarus. The law defines procedure for the constitution and operation of domestic arbitration tribunals (except for international arbitration tribunals), requirements for an arbitration agreement, appeals against and enforcement of awards of domestic arbitration tribunals, and deals with other issues related to the operation of those tribunals. |
