| Annotation | The article analyses the division of the spheres of application of international and domestic law by an international investment tribunal deciding upon the legality of investment. The author is of the opinion that existence of the bundle of rights which comprise an investment must be determined on the basis of domestic law while their qualification as investment must be carried out on the basis of international law including relevant investment promotion and protection treaty. |
