Annotation The article covers recent developments and the results of research in the field of conflict management of German companies. Special attention is given to the recent research analysing the typical models of initiatives of corporations with the purpose of sharing positive practice of the use of conflict management methods. Apart from the results of the empirical studies, the article offers conceptual approach to the methods of conflict management, mainly the «component system» in order to enable companies to implement conflict management structures in accordance with established situations and needs. The conclusion section sets out a list of 10 practical recommendations whereby companies are offered specific criteria and incentives for implementation of their own methods.
