| Annotation | The author has analyzed the current state of teaching of ADR courses in Ukraine, as well as offered his own view of systemic implementation of ADR courses in the educational process. The article provides proposals for the study of such courses in nonspecialized schools, as well as recommendations for the implementation of such courses into relevant legal training programs in accordance with educational qualification levels. The author concludes that the expansion of alternative dispute resolution depends on the degree of confidence in society. |
