| Annotation | Ukraine may be considered a leader among European countries on the number of disputes resolved by domestic arbitral tribunals. However, despite such popularity there is handful of issues in domestic arbitration caused by certain legislative lacunas and controversial court practice. The article provides a review of the most common issues of judicial control over domestic arbitration in Ukraine. |
