Annotation Article is devoted to the specific, relatively new procedures of the ECtHR, which aim to eliminate and prevent systematic violations of human rights. The author analyzes the pilot-judgment procedure, the Court’s priority policy and the interim measures procedure. It was Stated, that the innovations of the Court to eliminate and to prevent systemic violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms indicate the principle minimis non curat praetor.
