| Annotation |
The article is devoted to the strategy and tactics of the headship of Ukraine in the OSCE in 2013, as well as main tasks of the activity of Ukraine in this important period for the peace and security. The article reveals the modern institutional mechanism of the OSCE in the context of historic retrospective and in the conditions of modern threats and challenges of the globalized world. The authors stress that the Ukrainian chairmanship in the OSCE is directed to the representation of the interests of all the states of the region. The authors make suggestions and recommendations for the agenda of the Ukrainian chairmanship in the OSCE in 2013. |
