| Abstract | This article deals with the main principles of lawmaking activity within EU in the sphere of regulation of initial placement of securities and circulation of securities in indirect holding system. The author considers the methods of unification of legal regulation of activities of the securities market participants and disclosure of information on the securities market. The author reveals the main results of harmonization of legislations of European states directed to the formation of the uniform regulation system in the sphere of securities circulation. |
