| Annotation | In the article the processes of approximation of legislation on bankruptcy in the States-Members of European Union are examined. Review of methods and main stages of approximation of legal systems aimed at regulation of relations in the sphere of insolvency on the European continent will assist development of the bankruptcy law in a new wording, that should introduce uniform norms and known international standards. |
