| Abstract | The article is devoted to the doctrinal analysis of the term «European Law». It describes the difference between «the European Union Law», «the Community Law», «the Council of Europe Law», «European Legal Area», acquis communautaire. It was proved that term «European Law» is the definition of aggregate of legal norms that regulate the activity of the Council of Europe, the European Union, OSCE, EFTA, WEU and other European institutions. |
