| Annotation |
The article studies the peculiarities of formation of the national European law science. It contains the characteristic of the evolution of scientific research of the European Union law, starting with the period when Ukraine was part of the USSR, and after obtaining its Independence in 1991. Special focus is made on the process of the EU law becoming an academic discipline in higher legal education institutions. |
