| Annotation | Article is devoted to the external dimension of EU energy policy, defining the limits of implementation of EU «energy acquis» in the framework of the Energy Community and application of EU «energy acquis» through the EU’s eastern neighboring countries, the application of fundamental EU principles by the EU’s eastern neighboring countries and commitment of these countries to comply with EU «dynamic energy acquis» and decisions of institutions and dispute settlement institutes of the Energy Community. The order of implementation of EU «energy acquis» in the EU’s eastern neighboring countries, in particular its implementation and application by governments, administrative and judicial authorities of these countries, as well as the applicability and implementation of EU «energy acquis» through Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine, the EU and Moldova was considered. |
