Annotation | The article analyzes the urgent issues from the perspective of international law in general and international environmental law in particular, which had been risen during the consideration of cases regarding Ukraine related to the construction of the Danube — Black Sea Canal in the Ukrainian part of the Danube River delta. The authors analyzed the decisions adopted regarding Ukraine in the framework of the organs of the Convention on environmental impact assessment in a transboundary context 1991 and the Convention on access to information, public participation in decision-making and access to justice in environmental matters 1998. |
