| Annotation | The article analyzes international legal aspects of international leasing of territory for military use. The author performs a comparative analysis of the status and conditions of leasing for the purposes of Russian Black Sea Fleet in Ukraine and United States Army and fleet in Japan and Cuba. A personal classification of international territory leased for military purposes is proposed. |
