| Annotation | The problem of international law fragmentation has been actively discussed in the academic community, as well as reflected in the views of practitioners in the field of international law. This article deals with main components of the fragmentation problem (normative, institutional and regional), approaches of the International Law Commission and the International Court of Justice to fragmentation. Regionalism is analyzed in the context of international law fragmentation. |
