| Annotation | Peculiarities of legal regulation of the definition «pharmaceutical activity» under the laws of Russian Federation are elucidated. Legal nature of pharmaceutical activity is characterized and its place is defined in the sphere of trade activity unlike medical activity. Correlations between the notions «pharmaceutical activity» and «medical activity» are characterized. Separate aspects of legal regulation of the pharmaceutical activity licensing are distinguished. |
