| Annotation | The article elucidates peculiarities of legal regulation of criminal responsibility for a crime foreseen by Article 158 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova, in particular «Coercing a person to extract human organs or tissue». Elements of this crime composition are characterized. Comparative analysis of the legal regulation of criminal responsibility for this crime under the laws of Russian Federation, Romania and Ukraine is carried out and recommendations as regards improving this sphere are provided. |
