Annotation Issues of medical law as a component of the legal system and system of the legislation of Ukraine are elucidated. Questions of systematization and classification of the legal acts in the health care sphere are researched. Provisions of the medical code and a set of laws as a form of the legislation in the health care sphere systematization are analyzed. A conclusion that the adoption of a medical code doesn’t meet the requirements of a codified act because of similar object of legal regulation lack is provided. A view that the adoption of medical code as a complex legal act will not be in conformity with current traditions of law-making and legal application of codes which have similar object of legal regulation is expressed. Attention is paid to a set of laws as an optimal way of the legal norms in the health care sphere systematization. The issues of doctors’ code and Ethical code of patients’ movement as forms of moral-legal norms in the health care sphere systematization are elucidated.
