| Annotation | Article deals with the influence of the forum non conveniens doctrine on formation of the source system of international civil process in the EU. It researches specification of the doctrine in the sources as well as problem of application of doctrine by courts. Doctrine offorum non conveniens envisages an opportunity for the court to refuse its jurisdiction in favor of foreign court, in case of proper reasons to consider it to be better body in the case.
