| Abstract | In this paper the author studies the theoretical background of the critical attitude of Hans Kelsen towards the sociological jurisprudence. This attitude is based upon the erroneous and outdated way Kelsen understands the subject matter of sociology and especially of sociology of law. The legal-sociological ideas of Weber, Ehrlich and other outstanding legal sociologists go beyond the narrow limits Kelsen sets for sociology of law. |
