| Annotation | The article is devoted to methodological difficulties, which meets the legal theory on the way to a realistic description of the law. Legal reality, according to the author, finds himself not just as a set of legal phenomena, and as a type of thinking which underpins the style of communication and modus of existence of the subject of law. Legal reality eludes from the scientific view, if that is sensitive only to idealized constructions. The question about the reality of law suggests that the law is not simply an objective reality, but a reality, the claimed subject for one reason or another not to the full extent. |
