| Annotation | With advanced methodological approaches in the article substantiates the need to study law as a socio-legal phenomena. They describe the social nature of law as a product of society, which is formed and carried out in public relations, always realized through the will and consciousness of their participants. Emphasized intersubjective nature of law, however, does not deny the need for entry into such important characteristics as a formal certainty, compulsory, provision of duress. |
