| Annotation |
Basing on the considerations of the contemporary natural law approaches in Ukrainian legal philosophy methodological differences of the strategies of cognition of natural law phenomena (justice, law, human rights etc.) are revealed. Connections of modern Ukrainian "jusnaturalism" with classical and nonclassical doctrines of natural law are demonstrated. Peculiarity of solutions of the main problems of natural law (correlation of natural and positive law, absolute and relative in law) in conceptions of legal philosophy are compared. |
