The author traces the evolution of the ideas of Chaim Perelman, the founder of the New Rhetoric school, who defined legal and moral values as confused notions. The author investigates the correspondence between the ideas of the New Rhetorics and modern Western legal thought, in particular, in Pierre Schlag's works. |
