This article studies the logical features of culture of lawyers, it is scheduled mereological approach to the logical theory of practical thinking. On the basis of the relation of part and whole examined characteristics of volume sets, with the projection on the practical thinking of lawyers developed a theoretical model of mereology concepts. |
