| Annotation | The article discusses the using of axiological approach to law and state. The need to deploy theory of value not only for axiosphere of law, but also for axiosphere of state is claimed. Further development of the axiosphere of law is proposed on two levels: the level of jurisprudence and the level of general theory of law. The defining characteristics of the objective value of law and state the problem in comparing the used values in the formation of axiometry of law and state. |
