Annotation This article studies the anthropological foundations of law, which are related to the rights rooted in human nature. Anthropological foundations of law are defined as statements of the distinctive features of human nature that have influence to the understanding of the nature and characteristics of law. Basic anthropological assertion is: the lack of instinctive base motivates people to develop legal institutions, and certain assumptions as for the human nature affect to the model of legal regulation.
