The Article is devoted to the analysis of the N. Timasheff's sociological explanation both: the social realities of the Soviet legislation and the social nature of the Soviet state and law. The author examines such concepts of N. Timasheff's legal sociology as: Soviet state, Soviet law, Soviet society, Soviet mentality etc. The particular attention is drawn to the characteristic features of the Soviet law and Soviet jurisprudence from the perspective of N. Timasheff's sociology of law. |
